MUSIC LESSONS

The BEA offers grants to individuals for music lessons and also to purchase musical instruments or to attend music competitions.

ASSISTANCE TOWARDS SCHOOL TRIPS

The BEA offers individuals financial assistance towards the cost of school trips to enable children who wouldn't ordinarily have the option, the opportunity to attend.

AMPTHILL SCOUT HUT EXTENSION

The BEA has pledged a donation towards the extension and renovation of Ampthill Scout Group's scout hut. This £300,000 project includes a replacement roof, new dormitories, toilets and showers, two meeting areas and more storage space.

COUNTRY DAYS HOLIDAY CLUBS

The BEA has supported Bedford based organisation Country Days in the provision of nature day holiday courses and fun days out for young people aged 7 - 11 years.

EQUIPMENT FOR SCHOOLS

The BEA has supported many schools in Bedfordshire with the provision of school resources e.g. ipads, laptops, reading scheme, library books, outdoor sensory playground and many others.

SAILING CHAMPION

The BEA is proud to have supported Joe Mullan early on in his career, which has helped him to develop his passion and talent in sailing to now become a member of the GB sailing team.
